About Connect Lettings

Connect Lettings is an app for private landlords in England that runs a whole tenancy in one place — listing, referencing, the agreement, the deposit, the inventory, rent, repairs and move-out. Tenants use it free.

Who it is for

Private landlords letting homes in England who manage their own lettings rather than use an agent, and their tenants. There is no commission and no share of the rent. Tenants are never charged anything.

What it costs

The core of the app is free, with no subscription. Four extras are charged only when they are used:

• Tenant referencing by Let's Safe: Express Check £10 or Complete Reference £20 per applicant.
• Publishing a listing to Zoopla: £20 per listing.
• E-signing a tenancy agreement: £15.
• E-signing an inventory report: £15.

ConnectListing

Homes that landlords advertise through the app appear on ConnectListing, a rental property portal run by the same company, where tenants search and enquire directly with the landlord.

What it does not do

Connect Lettings records and organises a tenancy. It does not give legal advice, it does not hold deposits or collect rent, and it does not serve notices or contact councils on anyone's behalf.
